The School Education Department has reassigned the principal of a Higher Secondary School to the CEO's office after the school's students failed to pass the recently announced 12th standard exams.
According to the Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) issued an order indicating that not a single student from the school passed the exams.
DSEJ had instructed all CEOs in the division to submit the 12th grade results to the directorate. The CEO of Rajouri reported that HSS Behrote Thannamandi had a zero percent pass rate, with all 13 students failing the exams.
The DSEJ noted that the principal failed to fulfill his academic duties, prompting serious concern from the authorities. Consequently, the principal of HSS Behrote Thannamandi Rajouri has been reassigned to the CEO office in Poonch until further notice.
