Man Killed by Train on Mazhoma-Budgam Rail Line in Budgam
Budgam, May 26 (JKNS): A tragic incident occurred on Monday morning in central Kashmir's Budgam district, where an unidentified man was fatally struck by a train on the Mazhoma-Budgam railway line.
According to official sources, the incident took place around 11:40 AM near the Kantabagh area. The victim’s body was discovered on the tracks between Mazhoma and Budgam stations.
Authorities are yet to identify the deceased. Police and railway officials have reached the scene, and an investigation into the circumstances of the incident is currently underway. (JKNS)
