Schools Across Jammu Division to Stay Closed on August 25 Due to Severe Weather

Jammu, Aug 24 (KNC): The Education Department in Jammu has directed the closure of all government and private schools in the division on August 25 owing to the prevailing adverse weather conditions.

As per an order issued by the Joint Director School Education Jammu, and accessed by Kashmir News Corner (KNC), it has been stated: “In view of the inclement weather, all Government and Private schools across Jammu Division shall remain closed tomorrow, i.e., 25.08.2025.”

The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students and staff. Authorities have also appealed to people to remain cautious and updated regarding the weather situation. (KNC)
