A uniform date sheet for the Pre-Board Examinations of Classes 10th and 12th has been framed for all Government and Private Recognized Schools of the Summer Zone of Jammu Division, affiliated with JKBOSE.

These examinations aim to evaluate the academic readiness of students ahead of the forthcoming Board Examinations. All concerned institutions are directed to follow the schedule and guidelines mentioned below:

Important Instructions:

1. The examination will cover 50% of the syllabus as prescribed by JKBOSE.
2. Question papers shall be prepared by the concerned schools, strictly following the latest assessment scheme.
3. Heads of Institutions (HOIs) must ensure all necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the exams.
4. Results of the Pre-Board Examinations must be compiled by 18th November 2025.
5. A Mega Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) shall be organized from 20th to 22nd November 2025 to discuss student performance and provide counseling.
6. The duration of each paper shall be 1 hour.
7. Regular classwork should continue uninterrupted on the days of the Pre-Board Examinations.
