Notification for Candidates Involved in Unfair Means/Misconduct Cases - Class 10th & 11th

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) notifies all concerned that the candidates listed below from Higher Secondary Part I (11th Class) Annual/Regular Session 2024 (Soft/Hard Zone) and Deferred cases from Secondary School Examination (10th Class) Annual/Regular Session 2024 (Hard Zone) are alleged to have used unfair means in their examinations.

These candidates are required to appear before the Committee for scrutiny and disposal of Unfair Means/Misconduct cases. Details are as follows:

**Date:** 26th June 2024

**Venue:** Office Chambers of the Joint Secretary Secrecy JD, JKBOSE, Rehari Colony, Jammu.

**Note:** Candidates must appear at their own expense to defend themselves against the charges. If they fail to appear, it will be assumed they have no defense, and the decision of the Sub-Committee based on available records and reports will be final and binding.

### Instructions for Students and Supervisory Staff:

1. **For Students:** Carry your Roll Number slips to gain entry to the JKBOSE Main Gate.

2. **For Supervisory Staff:** Supdts/Dy. Supdts must bring the entire Centre files, including details of the seating arrangement and the allotment of rows/rooms duty to the supervisory staff.

**Disciplinary Action:** Anyone violating these instructions will face disciplinary action under BOSE regulations.
