30-Day Summer Break Declared for J&K Polytechnics

Jammu, July 26:
The Directorate of Skill Development, J&K, has announced a summer vacation of 30 days for all Government and recognized Private Polytechnics in the Union Territory.
As per the official order issued by Director Shahzad Alam, the break will last from July 21 to August 19, 2024, following the nod from the Administrative Department.
However, the directive clearly mentions that Principals and HODs of Government Polytechnics must stay at their stations to focus on preparing a comprehensive skilling roadmap for the region.
