JKBOSE – Disposal of Unfair Means Cases
Class 10th & 11th Bi-Annual Examination 2025
NOTIFICATION
This is to inform all concerned candidates of HSP-I (Class 11th), Session Annual Regular 2025 (Winter Zone areas of Jammu Division), who have allegedly used unfair means at their respective examination centres, that their cases will be reviewed by the Committee.
Candidates of SSE (Class 10th) and HSP-I (Class 11th) Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2025, whose cases were earlier deferred, are also required to appear for the hearing.
All such candidates must report before the Committee to present their defence. Failure to appear will be taken as an acceptance that they have nothing to say in their defence, and the decision of the Sub-Committee, based on available records and reports, will be final and binding.
The concerned Centre Superintendents and supervisory staff of the listed centres are also directed to attend the meeting.

Important Instructions:
1. Students must bring their Roll Number slips for entry through the JKBOSE main gate.
2. Superintendents/Dy. Superintendents must bring complete centre record files, including seating arrangements and duty allotment details of supervisory staff.
Any violation of these instructions will invite disciplinary action as per BOSE regulations.
