Class 11 Results Likely Tomorrow After 11:30 AM: JKBOSE Chairman

Srinagar, Feb 01: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) is set to declare the Class 11 examination results on February 2, 2026.

Speaking to Greater Kashmir, Chairman JKBOSE Ghulam Hassan Sheikh said the evaluation process has been completed and the Board is hopeful of officially announcing the results tomorrow after 11:30 am.

“The results are ready, and we expect to release them tomorrow. We have planned to declare them after 11:30 am,” he said, adding that the exact timing may vary depending on technical coordination with the National Informatics Centre (NIC).

Around 81,469 students appeared in the examination this year, including 64,007 from Kashmir and 17,462 from the winter zones of Jammu.

The Board has also introduced improvements in the evaluation system over the past year to ensure timely result declarations. Earlier, JKBOSE had indicated that the results would be announced in the first week of February. (KNO)
