JKBOSE Issues Important Notification on Correction of Student Particulars
In continuation to Notification No. F(Regn-B)/Corr/9th/JD/25 dated 09-09-2025, JKBOSE has informed all affiliated Government and Private High/Higher Secondary Schools of Jammu Division, including District Leh, about the schedule for making corrections in students’ registered details.
1. For Class 9th (Session 2024–25):
Schools can apply for corrections in the registered particulars of students who will appear in Class 10th Annual Regular Examinations — Oct-Nov 2025 (Winter Zone) and 2026 (Summer Zone). A correction fee of Rs. 1500 per candidate will be applicable from 20-10-2025 to 01-11-2025.
2. For Eligibility Candidates (Classes 10th, 11th & 12th):
Institutions may also apply for corrections in the online eligibility forms of candidates for the Annual Regular Session 2026 (Summer Zone) and Oct-Nov 2025 (Winter Zone). The correction fee in this case will be Rs. 500 per candidate, applicable during the same period (20-10-2025 to 01-11-2025).
The concerned Assistant Secretaries or In-charge Officers of JKBOSE Sub/Branch Offices in Jammu Division (including Leh) are instructed to verify, consolidate, and forward all eligible cases along with required documents in hard copy to the Registration Returns Section, JD, strictly as per Annexure-A.
